Initial VMV Project

This six-month project commenced in March 2019, with VMV Cons Ltd responsible for delivering the façade and cladding works. The team executed every phase with the highest standards of quality, precision, and safety, ensuring optimal performance and complete client satisfaction. It marked VMV’s first project and was successfully completed on schedule and to the client’s standards.

Seven Sisters Project

The Seven Sisters Project tested VMV’s capability to manage a project six times larger than any of its previous undertakings. It featured an extensive curtain wall system, architecturally designed metal canopies clad with aluminium sheets, aluminium windows and doors, projecting balconies, copings, and cladding. Despite the complexity, the project was delivered successfully and led to further collaboration with the client.

Portman Hotel Project

This project involved the complete replacement of all doors and windows throughout the hotel, as well as the installation of Rayners curtain wall systems on the stairwell and ground floor. Progress was steady until the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic, which temporarily slowed operations, but VMV maintained its commitment to quality and successfully delivered all works to the required standard.

Nusret Restaurant Project – Central London

VMV Cons Ltd was entrusted with the installation of the curtain wall, aluminium cladding, stone cladding, and a curved glass balustrade for this prestigious restaurant in central London. Despite pandemic-related restrictions that extended the schedule, VMV achieved outstanding results that reflected the client’s refined design vision.

Perrymount Project – Haywards Heath

Marking VMV’s first project outside London, this two-year development involved the installation of curtain walls across two floors, a fully enclosed penthouse elevation with rainscreen panels, and balconies with glass railings and cladding. The project was successfully completed in spring 2013, meeting the client’s expectations for design and performance.

Berlin Project – Germany

The Berlin Project required VMV to adapt to new working conditions abroad while maintaining its high professional standards. Over 18 months, the team installed façade elements using the Schüco system with high-quality materials. It required the largest number of installers deployed by VMV to date and demonstrated the company’s adaptability and technical excellence.

Preston Barracks Project – Brighton

VMV Cons Ltd was brought in to complete and repair façade works at the Preston Barracks development following deficiencies left by a previous contractor. Through expert
problem-solving and technical precision, VMV successfully repaired and completed the project to the required standards, reaffirming its reputation for quality and reliability
